The Cole Collection Policy

You must pay in full in order for your item to be held.
There is no refund or exchange once an item has left the store, unless it is an error on Cole Collection part. Please be sure to confirm your order is correct before processing.
If there is an error on Cole Collection part, the item will only be accepted if it is returned back in sellable condition. (Tags still attached, free of stains, odors, holes, etc.) Items that do not meet these specifications will not be accepted! We will send instructions on how and where to send your item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and/or PROOF of purchase.
Here's how to start a return: Contact us at fasinc22@gmail.com in the subject line, list the item/items you're returning. In the body, please include your name and the reason for your return. We will reply with instructions within 1-2 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Orders: You will have an opportunity for a 24hour grace period in order to redeem your refund. 
**Please understand that all orders being shipped are processed 3 business days prior to being shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding!** 
Please note that Cole Collection is not responsible for any delay or mishap with the post office or shipping company once shipped off. We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
